As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. Your tasks will include assisting with content creation—writing copy for social media, blogs, and emails—managing day-to-day administrative duties, and supporting the team in multimedia campaigns and production. You’ll also be tasked with conducting market research, tracking industry trends, and supporting community engagement and social listening initiatives.

Your tasks will be:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Contribute to content creation efforts, including writing copy for social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and leverage social media for brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Participates by supporting the team in efforts relating to design and production of multimedia campaigns, post scheduling, and assists with other marketing responsibilities such as production coordination, maintaining production schedule, campaign planning, and progress tracking, community engagement, social listening, caption and copywriting, data analytics, and organic & paid marketing efforts.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time, such as, but not limited to, research of pegs/competitors, drafts of presentation decks, reporting market research, and other marketing-related tasks.
- Manage affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, tracking and analyzing metrics, and ensuring timely payments and compliance with program terms.
